I used to design electronic controls, but now I'm quite a bit older, and my eyes are bad along with shaking hands.
Very frustrating. Along with the fact that I no longer have an oscilloscope or signal generator and only the most rudimentary of tools I am afraid that I would cause more harm than good.
Again, thanks. I will give it a look over and see if I can find anything obviously wrong. Oh, by the way, I did not note in my request for help that the power light goes on and off with the power switch, but there is no trace.
